The current workflow
What can be automated?
Start by searching connected employer sources. NEUMEN checks visible job requirements against your CV and confirmed details, then prepares application documents. Email applications can be sent through an account you connect. Review before sending is the default; automatic email sending requires your explicit opt-in.

Find roles
Search by job, field, employment type, and location. You can view initial results without an account.

Check the match
See supported skills and open questions separately. A missing CV mention is not treated as proof that you lack a skill.

Prepare documents
Paid AI features create a derived CV version and a role-specific cover letter. Your original CV stays unchanged, and applicant facts must remain supported.

Send eligible emails
Review each email application or explicitly enable Auto-Send where the workflow permits it.
Limits
Where automation stops
No job guarantee. A match helps you compare visible requirements; it is not a probability of being hired.
No invented qualifications. Unconfirmed experience, language ability, work authorization, and other personal facts must not be filled in by AI.
No universal portal auto-apply. Applications requiring an external portal currently remain a handoff for you to complete.

Before you turn on automation
Will NEUMEN send applications as soon as I sign up?
No. New users start with review before sending. Auto-Send is optional and must be activated explicitly.
Can it submit through every job portal?
No. The currently supported automated sending route is eligible email applications through your connected sender account. Portal applications remain a handoff.
Can I search before creating an account?
Yes. Start with a role and location to see public search results.
